Activity Title: TGIF: CLSU Mass Spay and Neuter Day

Who: CLSU Dogs and Cats (Non-CLSU Dogs and Cats are also welcome)*

How to Register**:

1.) Call 0915 835 4770 and provide Owner's name, Pet’s name, Pet’s breed and Pet's age.

2.) Go to the Pharmacy of the CLSU Veterinary Hospital and fill out a registration form.

*Only the first 100 pets to register will be accommodated
**Can register until slots are filled up
