Christmas lights arranged like castles and palaces crown the CLSU Main Gate and attract not only university constituents but also people within the university’s vicinity as well as passers-by and travelers.
The Christmas lighting was led by Dr. Tereso A. Abella, CLSU president, last December 1. In his message, President Abella encouraged the faculty, staff and students who eagerly participated in the ceremony to always keep alive in their hearts the true spirit of Christmas – loving, giving and forgiving.

The main gate is once again a favorite evening rendezvous for families and friends. They are one in saying that “the glitter and luster of the Christmas lights remind us of the most awaited season of the year”.
