Troubleshooting: Not working? Suddenly stops?

1> Make sure that the player is properly installed in your computer. Try playing any audio file on your computer.

2> Make sure that you have the latest version of the player installed. Lower versions may not support online radio streaming.

3> On windows vista / 7: the default windows security blocks streaming playlist file to start automatically, make sure that you allow the file to be downloaded and the application (audio player) you chose supports online radio streaming.

4> Make sure that your sound card is properly installed

5> Due to the radio server is under a router and don't have its own dedicated internet connection, congestion of packet data may occur which leads to connection failure.

6> Are you in an office? Maybe your MIS internet admin disable data streaming on your network. please ask for their assistance.

7> The radio suddenly stops? Try refresh your streaming by re-opening the downloaded playlist file.

1> For better user experience, run the program (e.g. winamp) first before clicking the icon (before downloading the streaming playlist file)

2> Use your player's built in audio enhancers such as equalizers, tone controls and noise reduction utilities.

3> Try installing "online radio grabber" to record your favorite programs
