Overview

The College aims to produce quality graduates who are globally competent to assume managerial and leadership roles in accounting, management, economics, and marketing. It also envisions enhancing entrepreneurship education through the exposure of the students, faculty, and staff to actual business operations and hands-on experience on small and medium enterprises and other income-generating projects. It has two departments: Accountancy and Business Administration.

Admissions

Upcoming CLSU students must complete the lorem ipsum with six or more credits including Science with a minimum average of 60 per cent and one of Advanced Functions, Calculus and Vectors or Mathematics of Data Management with a minimum average of 60 per cent.

Note: Admission is competitive. The specific average or standing required for admission varies from year to year. Students are selected by taking into consideration a wide range of criteria including school marks, distribution of subjects taken, and performance in subjects relevant to the academic program. Possession of the minimum requirements does not guarantee acceptance. Preference will be given to applicants with the best qualifications.

Course Offerings

Bachelor of Science in Accountancy

A degree program that provides graduates with the necessary knowledge, skills, and attitudes in providing vital financial information relevant to the organizations’ management decisions. The program trains students in devising, planning, and providing expertise in financial reporting, performance management systems and formulation of organizational policies, procedures, and strategies.

Bachelor of Science in Business Administration

This program teaches students the interrelationships among the different functional areas of business such as economics, human resource management, and marketing management. It is designed to help students develop their critical and analytical thinking, human relations, communication, quantitative, and technical skills which are all needed to successfully serve as business leaders both in the public and private sectors.

Bachelor of Science in Entrepreneurship

The program teaches the students of the importance and benefits of creating an enterprise that brings wealth and contributes to the economic and social development of society. Small business education or entrepreneurship development will be taught by introducing the process of generating ideas through opportunity seeking, preparation of a business plan, and finally, for the students to have a substantial hands-on experience of putting up and working on with their desired business venture.

Bachelor of Science in Management Accounting

This program aims to produce globally competent graduates who are capable of applying accounting, financial and business management principles while upholding professional values and practicing ethics, thereby enabling them to continue learning and adapting to change throughout their professional lives.

The first two years of the program have a common curriculum featuring simulations, teamwork and case studies. In your third year, students can proceed to your chosen major.

MS in Business Administration

The degree program aims to provide business executives and leaders with a distinct managerial advantage and leadership in their profession. The program has a strong balance between technical training and exposure to actual cases and decision-making approaches on current management problems and challenges.
