CLSU rules 2014 Vet Licensure Exam

Central Luzon State University (CLSU) graduates dominated the top ten spots of successful examinees in the 2014 Veterinarian Licensure Examination given by the Board of Veterinary Medicine of the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) in Manila and Cagayan De Oro on September 2-4, 2014. Of the 10 examinees who garnered the top ten highest ratings, six came from CLSU, including this year's Topnotcher, the 2nd, 3rd, 5th, 7th and 8th placers.

Mann Cyron E. Sarmiento, who graduated Magna Cum Laude on April 2014,ranked first with a rating of 86.08%.

Placing second is Jaypee A. Abenoja with a rating of 86.04%.Abenoja graduated Cum Laude on April 2014.

Ranking third is Paul A. Cardenio(84.64%).

The other three top placers who came from CLSU are Jenah Lou S. Catabona (83.74%), Gabriel Alexis S. Tubalinal(82.58%), and Gabriel Danison P. Dimaya (82.48%).

Last year, the top two highest places in the 2013 Veterinarian Licensure Exam were also clinched by CLSU graduates.

The PRC announced that 220 out of 666 examinees passed this year's Veterinarian Licensure Examination. CLSU got a passing percentage of 58.21%.
