King Emman del Castillo (2nd, R) joins Nueva Ecija governor, Hon. Cherry Umali (center), and the other four honorees in the TOYNE student category.
The former president of the College of Eductaion Student Council (CEd-SC) won as one of this year’s The Outstanding Young Novo Eciano (TOYNE) awardees.
King Emman del Castillo, a current practice teacher at Caanawan High School, joined the roster of ten awardees which were honored on September 2 in a ceremony at Sierra Madre Suites, Palayan. Last year, three CEd faculty members namely Francis Albert Mendoza, Joel Torres and Emil Ubaldo and two students, Rojelito Sison and Joe Lawrence Mina, also won in the said search. According to the Provincial Youth Development Council, TOYNE seeks to honor members of the youth sector in the province for their outstanding achievements and invaluable contribution to nation-building.
