Central Luzon State University (CLSU) and Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia (UPI) held the Ceremonial Signing of the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) on Academic Collaboration, September 5, 2019.

UPI was represented by Prof. Dr. Didi Sukyadi, Vice Rector for Research, Partnership, and Business while CLSU was represented Dr. Regidor G. Gaboy, Dean of the College of Education.
