Doctoral Programs of CAg Undergo Accreditation

The College of Agriculture (CAg) submitted three (3) of its graduate programs to the Accrediting Agency of Chartered Colleges and Universities in the Philippines (AACCUP) which is set to conduct the preliminary visit from May 23 to 27, 2022.
The AACCUP accreditation team is set to evaluate the documents and facilities of the Ph.D. programs in Plant Breeding, Agricultural Entomology and Soil Science with Dr. Leilidyn Y. Zurbano from Polytechnic University of the Philippines, Dr. Yancy O. Waminal from Tarlac Agricultural University, and Dr. Artemio A. Martin from Isabela State University, as accreditors, respectively.
With the leadership of its newly appointed dean, Dr. Alona T. Badua and the accreditation task force led by Dr. Rosemarie T. Tapic, Dr. Marita S. Labe and Dr. Ma. Luisa T. Mason submitted their respective programs for evaluation as a testament of their constant pursuit to improve the curricular offerings of CAg in line with the goal of the university to provide quality education in agriculture.
