The Central Luzon State University Testing and Evaluation Center (CTEC) officially kicked off the promotion of the CLSU Admission Test (CAT) for the Academic Year 2024-2025 to reach prospective students across Nueva Ecija and nearby provinces while also giving back to the community through a Pencil Donation Drive.

A two-month caravan to various schools which started in San Jose City and Lupao, Nueva Ecija will be done to distribute promotional materials for the CAT 2024 to Senior High School (SHS) students to ensure that prospective students are well-informed about the upcoming admission test.

On the other hand, in a unique and heartwarming initiative, the promotion campaign was paired with a Pencil Donation Drive which will be distributed to elementary school pupils in selected elementary schools in Nueva Ecija. The first stop for this charitable endeavor was at Caanawan Elementary School, San Jose City, Nueva Ecija on September 4, 2023 where 338 pencils were donated courtesy of the examinees who took the previous CAT 2023.

The CLSU CAT 2024 promotion campaign reflects the University's commitment to empowering young minds and fostering educational opportunities not only through admissions but also through initiatives like the Pencil Donation Drive that positively impact local communities.

Interested students may now apply until December 15, 2023. The testing dates for the CLSU CAT 2024 are set on February 17 and 18, 2024.
