The Central Luzon State University (CLSU) welcomed the officials of the National Economic and Development Authority Regional Office 3 (NEDA Regional Office 3) led by Hon. Nerissa T. Esguerra, Regional Director and Member, CLSU Board of Regents, as they visit the campus specifically the S&T-based Agritourism Site – KAMALIG, today October 24, 2023.

Representing the Office of the University President as OIC, Dr. Evaristo A. Abella, VP for Administration along with Dr. Theody B. Sayco, College of Engineering Dean and OIC VP for Academic Affairs, and several R&D Center Directors accompanied the group as they toured around the different sites inside the KAMALIG.

They also visited the Philippine Carabao Center at CLSU specifically the showroom of products made from Carabao Leather Hide, such as bags, belts, sandals, wallets, and cowboy hats before proceeding to the Science City of Muñoz Tourism Office to attend the "From Plan to Action: Central Luzon Regional Development Plan 2023-2028 Forum" where they consulted with different stakeholders including CLSU as representative for the academe and the youth sector.
