The exhibit and food products of Region 3 emerged as "Best Agri-Food Product" at the State Universities and Colleges (SUC) Fair 2023 held at SM City Iloilo, Mandurriao, Iloilo City held from July 10 to 13, 2023.

Innovative and delectable agri-food products within the region were displayed including the products of Central Luzon State University (CLSU) such as the Nutribar from Crops and Resources Research and Development Center (CRRDC), Instant Arroz Caldo of Ramon Magsaysay Center for Agricultural Research and Environmental Studies (RM-CARES) and the Tilapia Fingerleengs from College of Home Science and Industry (CHSI) in collaboration with Vera Bella, a spin-off company assisted by the Agriculture Food and Technology Incubator.

The SUC Fair with a theme "Navigating Global Landscape through Innovations, Culture and Arts Preservation, and Higher Education Quality," was organized by the Commission on Higher Education (CHED) to provide a platform for various universities in the Philippines to showcase their research, products, and contributions to the fields of agriculture, culture, and education.
