CLSU-CF and FAC Meet PENRO-NE for the Ecological Assessment of Ecotourism Sites
The awaited virtual meeting of the Central Luzon State University-College of Fisheries and Freshwater Aquaculture Center (CLSU-CF-FAC) and the Provincial Environment and Natural Resources-Nueva Ecija (PENRO-NE) was held on September 1, 2021, for the purpose of renewing the Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) between both agencies on the ecological assessment of ecotourism sites in Nueva Ecija particularly the Sumacbao River in Gen. Tinio and Nabao Lake in Cabiao. The presentation of accomplishments during the earlier phases of the ecological assessment was highlighted in the meeting. The partner agencies expressed their profound interest to renew the MOA for this activity. The meeting was attended by faculty members and researchers of CLSU, head of PENRO-NE, LGU representatives and members of SDG 14: Life Below Water.
