Overview

The College is geared towards bringing about the development of self-reliant individuals who will be able to contribute to the advancement of family, community, industry and the nation. It has three departments, namely: Fashion and Textile Technology, Food Technology, and Hospitality and Tourism.

Bachelor Courses

The program is geared towards producing highly competent fashion designers and merchandisers in the textile and apparel industry who can engage in innovative product development using computer-aided design (CAD) with integrative knowledge on aesthetic, cultural, and contemporary trends and technologies; and who possess entrepreneurial and managerial capabilities

The program prepares the students to be globally competitive in the various segments of the hospitality industry that includes but is not limited to food and beverage, lodging, leisure and recreation, culinary and meetings, incentives, conferences and exhibitions (MICE), through the integration of culminating activities, stay-and-learn program, industry immersion, on-the-job training, and research.

This is a four-year degree program that schemes to embed a holistic approach in the field of tourism. It aims to equip students with skills in customer service, problem-solving, a pro-active approach to operational proficiency, intellectual curiosity, and growing awareness in promoting sustainability in tourism.

This is a science-based program that integrates food chemistry, food microbiology, food engineering, food processing, and sensory science. It aims to equip students with the necessary attitude, knowledge and skills of a world-class Food Technologist allowing them to have the opportunity to create safe, quality and nutritious food products, and learn ways to process, preserve and package them.
