Business Development Division (BDD)
Overview
The Business Development Division (BDD) is headed by a Director/Manager. It shall include income generating projects categorized as commercial and allied services not classified under Sections 1 and 2 hereof. The BDD supports the UBAP’s commercial activities and engages in outreach efforts directed toward supply-chain partners and also provides market trends and intelligence to the management to support critical decision making.
