Prof. Dr. Ahmad Fikri Abdullah, Head of the Aquatic Ecosystem and Management Laboratory. This lecture highlighted the use of smart aquaculture management systems based on IoT, which have recently gained much attention for fulfilling the growing demand for aquaculture products. This system utilizes cutting-edge sensing technologies with a modern networking system to continuously monitor the water quality, animal health, and feeding behavior to improve the production yield.   Meanwhile, the lecture on “Sustainable Feed for Aquaculture” was presented by Dr. Clement Roy de Cruz, the Coordinator of Training and Services Unit for Community and Industry. His topic focused on the significant challenge of feeding farmed fish for sustainable development. Reducing the environmental footprint of aquaculture has become a high priority as part of the drive for greater sustainability in modern society.   An open forum was facilitated by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Hazel Monica M.
