Ariel Capuyon, followed by a ribbon-cutting led by Hon. Sen. Manuel “Lito” Lapid, Dr. Evaristo A. Abella, University President, and Hon. Patrick Santos, Barangay Captain. The said road network which spanned a total of 1,539.50 linear meters and valued at 20 million pesos, was made possible through the generous support of Sen. Lapid. It has significantly improved accessibility and connectivity within the CLSU community, already proving to be a valuable asset to the campus. Following the inauguration, Sen. Lapid attended the opening program of SIKAD: Sinag ng Kalinangan, Agapay at Dalubhasaan—a three-day event organized by university student leaders to warmly welcome students back to campus.
