The session featured Dr. Sheila Marie G. Hocson, a Registered Psychometrician, Guidance Counselor, and Psychologist from Far Eastern University, and Dr. John Mark S. Distor, a Registered Psychometrician from the Polytechnic University of the Philippines. Serving as resource speakers, they encouraged students to remain mindful of their well-being amid the constant noise of the digital age. Both experts emphasized that creating spaces for open dialogue and shared reflection is not only possible but essential for modern student life. More than just an informational event, the session reinforced the message that every individual’s story and mental health matter. The initiative underscored the university’s goal of creating safe, empowering spaces where students can express themselves freely and build meaningful connections. Through the Ginhawa Stand-Up Pod Session, CLSU reaffirms its commitment to mental health advocacy, ensuring that support systems remain accessible, inclusive, and responsive to the needs of all genders. #GuidanceAwareness #WomensMonth #WEforMentalHealth #InclusiveCLSU
