Office of Admissions (OAD)

The OAD provides the initial and final services to the students being the source of curricular and co-curricular guidance. It is responsible for the admission and registration of the students and attends to the safekeeping, management, administration, updating, and issuance of all academic records and other related records of students.

The OSA serves as the center of information, activities, and services related to the co-curricular and extra-curricular needs of students.

CLSU Testing and Evaluation Center (CTEC)

The CTEC is envisioned to serve as a centralized venue for psycho-education testing, performance evaluation, and academic research in support of the academic program. It also provides appropriate testing services for screening incoming students and personnel and provides psychological assessment for special cases among students, faculty, and staff needing psychological testing.

University Graduate Program Office (UGPO)

The UGPO assists and ensures coordination among colleges that are offering graduate programs.

Expand Tertiary Education Equivalency and Accreditation Program (ETEEAP)

The ETEEAP is an educational assessment scheme that recognizes knowledge, skills, and prior learning obtained by any individual from non-formal and informal education experiences.

National Service Training Program (NSTP)

The NSTP is responsible for carrying out the academic policies of the University in so far as they affect the National Service Training Program.

Reserve Officers Training Corps (ROTC)

The ROTC program is responsible for maintaining the ROTC components of the University. Graduates are automatically enlisted into the Armed Forces of the Philippines Reserve Force and are entitled to wear a military uniform and be issued with a military ID.
