FIRST BSIT COLLOQUIUM HELD

Students of BS Information Technology (BSIT) presented their capstone projects as the department held its very first BSIT Colloquium last July 05, 2019. The event was hosted by the faculty and staff of Information Systems Institute (ISI) and has been successfully convened at the Function Hall, CLIRDEC Bldg. of Central Luzon State University. Numerous awards have also been given after presentation as recognition to the students who, in return, received certificates as compensation for their achievements. CLSU Holds Blessing for Farmers’ Training Hostel

Central Luzon State University (CLSU) officially inaugurated the Farmers’ Training Hostel during a blessing ceremony held on November 20, 2024. The blessing was led by Fr. Rufo Ramil Cruz, CLSU Chaplain, joined by Dr. Evaristo A. Abella, University President, Dr. Ariel G. Mactal, Vice President for Administration, Dr. RavelinaR. Velasco, Vice President for Academic Affairs, Dr. Karenina B. Romualdo, Vice President for University Business Affairs, Dr. Ma. Elizabeth C. Leoveras, Head of Auxiliary Services alongside other esteemed members of the Administrative Council. The newly renovated Farmers’ Training Hostel is a two-story building with 24 rooms, designed to accommodate visitors and guests, particularly those attending stay-in training programs. The hostel is located behind the CEC Hostel and adjacent to the R&E Cafeteria.

CLSU Maintains Strong Global Standing, Ranks 69th in 2025 AppliedHE

In the latest edition of the AppliedHE Public and Private University rankings, Central Luzon State University (CLSU) has reaffirmed its strong global standing by securing the 69th position in ASEAN Region and the 4th rank among public universities in the Philippines. CLSU has been recognized for its high ratings in key areas, including Employability, Quality of Teaching and Learning, Cutting-Edge Research, Community Engagement, Internationalization, and Institutional Reputation. This accomplishment underscores CLSU's unwavering commitment to academic excellence and community development. The recent typhoon brought challenges to Central Luzon State University, leaving visible signs of its impact across the campus. These photos highlight the resilience of the CLSU community as we come together to restore and rebuild. The administration would like to express its sincere gratitude to the CLSU personnel and students who went above and beyond in assisting with the cleaning and clearing operations, as well as to those in the kitchen who prepared meals for our students.
