In his keynote address, University President Dr. Evaristo A. Abella emphasized that art serves as more than just aesthetic expression; it is a vital instrument for social consciousness. The opening program was graced by Ms. Jana Mara Stefan San Pedro, Provincial Tourism Officer of Nueva Ecija, as the guest speaker.
