In his keynote address, University President Dr. Evaristo A. Abella emphasized that art serves as more than just aesthetic expression; it is a vital instrument for social consciousness. The opening program was graced by Ms. Jana Mara Stefan San Pedro, Provincial Tourism Officer of Nueva Ecija, as the guest speaker. Ms. San Pedro commended CLSU for its commitment to truth and courage, noting that the term “Ani” represents a harvest of memories, experiences, and provincial affirmation.
