CLSU Exhibits Technologies in the SUC Fair 2022

The Central Luzon State University (CLSU) showcased its quality products and technologies which are a result of rigorous research and innovation in the recent State Universities and Colleges (SUC) Fair 2022 held at the Music Hall, SM Mall of Asia, Pasay City from June 27- July 1, 2022. With the theme #WeAreSUC: Sustained Excellence, United Efforts, and Competitive Standards, the SUC Fair aims to promote entrepreneurship, culture, as well as arts for national development and global competitiveness. Meanwhile, CLSU through its Agriculture and Fisheries Technology Business Incubator exhibited the generated technologies of the University which include the Pelletizing Machine, crude de oiler, Andali test kit, Cacao-sheller, Mango Liqueur, and Vera Bella products made from tilapia. The Fair was participated by the different SUCs from Luzon to Mindanao and was spearheaded by the Commission on Higher Education in celebration of their 29th Anniversary and 2nd National Higher Education Day.

CLSU Holds Blessing for Farmers’ Training Hostel

Central Luzon State University (CLSU) officially inaugurated the Farmers’ Training Hostel during a blessing ceremony held on November 20, 2024. The blessing was led by Fr. Rufo Ramil Cruz, CLSU Chaplain, joined by Dr. Evaristo A. Abella, University President, Dr. Ariel G. Mactal, Vice President for Administration, Dr. RavelinaR. Velasco, Vice President for Academic Affairs, Dr. Karenina B. Romualdo, Vice President for University Business Affairs, Dr. Ma. Elizabeth C. Leoveras, Head of Auxiliary Services alongside other esteemed members of the Administrative Council. The newly renovated Farmers’ Training Hostel is a two-story building with 24 rooms, designed to accommodate visitors and guests, particularly those attending stay-in training programs. The hostel is located behind the CEC Hostel and adjacent to the R&E Cafeteria.

CLSU Maintains Strong Global Standing, Ranks 69th in 2025 AppliedHE

In the latest edition of the AppliedHE Public and Private University rankings, Central Luzon State University (CLSU) has reaffirmed its strong global standing by securing the 69th position in ASEAN Region and the 4th rank among public universities in the Philippines. CLSU has been recognized for its high ratings in key areas, including Employability, Quality of Teaching and Learning, Cutting-Edge Research, Community Engagement, Internationalization, and Institutional Reputation. This accomplishment underscores CLSU's unwavering commitment to academic excellence and community development. The 2025 AppliedHE ASEAN Rankings saw a notable increase in participation, featuring 100 public and 100 private universities from across the ASEAN region. #SievingForExcellence #CLSUGoingGlobal

AFTERMATH AT CLSU | Restore and Rebuild

The recent typhoon brought challenges to Central Luzon State University, leaving visible signs of its impact across the campus. These photos highlight the resilience of the CLSU community as we come together to restore and rebuild. The administration would like to express its sincere gratitude to the CLSU personnel and students who went above and beyond in assisting with the cleaning and clearing operations, as well as to those in the kitchen who prepared meals for our students.
