Central Luzon State University (CLSU) achieved a notable 5th place overall ranking for a total score of 79 points in the recently concluded Culture and the Arts Association of State Universities and Colleges (CAASUC) III Regional Culture and the Arts Festival (RCAF) held from November 23-26, 2025, at Pampanga State Agricultural University.
