CLSU GRADS PASS THE AGRICULTURIST LICENSURE EXAMINATION 2021

Forty-seven graduates from the CLSU-College of Agriculture (CAg) passed the recent Agriculturist Licensure Examination administered by the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) conducted last November 9-11, 2021. With this, the university gained an overall performance rate of 52.22 percent. Meanwhile, on the national level, 1,172 out of 3,927 (29.84%) passed the said exam. Since 2009, the CLSU-CAg already produced a total of 1,585 licensed agriculturists. CLSU Holds Blessing for Farmers’ Training Hostel

Central Luzon State University (CLSU) officially inaugurated the Farmers’ Training Hostel during a blessing ceremony held on November 20, 2024. The blessing was led by Fr. Rufo Ramil Cruz, CLSU Chaplain, joined by Dr. Evaristo A. Abella, University President, Dr. Ariel G. Mactal, Vice President for Administration, Dr. RavelinaR. Velasco, Vice President for Academic Affairs, Dr. Karenina B. Romualdo, Vice President for University Business Affairs, Dr. Ma. Elizabeth C. Leoveras, Head of Auxiliary Services alongside other esteemed members of the Administrative Council. The newly renovated Farmers’ Training Hostel is a two-story building with 24 rooms, designed to accommodate visitors and guests, particularly those attending stay-in training programs. The hostel is located behind the CEC Hostel and adjacent to the R&E Cafeteria.

CLSU Maintains Strong Global Standing, Ranks 69th in 2025 AppliedHE

In the latest edition of the AppliedHE Public and Private University rankings, Central Luzon State University (CLSU) has reaffirmed its strong global standing by securing the 69th position in ASEAN Region and the 4th rank among public universities in the Philippines. CLSU has been recognized for its high ratings in key areas, including Employability, Quality of Teaching and Learning, Cutting-Edge Research, Community Engagement, Internationalization, and Institutional Reputation. This accomplishment underscores CLSU's unwavering commitment to academic excellence and community development. The recent typhoon brought challenges to Central Luzon State University, leaving visible signs of its impact across the campus.
