Central Luzon State University (CLSU) underwent a rigorous evaluation on May 13, 2025, to ensure compliance with the Anti-Red Tape Act (ARTA) and the Ease of Doing Business (EODB). This evaluation coincides with the celebration of EODB month this May.
As such, the CLSU Committee on Anti-Red Tape (CART) conducted a meticulous assessment of various key offices to promote efficient and transparent service delivery throughout the institution.
The evaluation focused on the adherence to the Citizens’ Charter and Client Satisfaction of the following offices: the Office of the President, the Office of the Vice President for Administration, the Internal Audit Services Office, the University Library and Information Services, the Office of Admissions, the University Health Services, the Cashier’s Office, the Human Resource Management Office, the Accounting Office, and the Budget Office.
The CART was led by Dr. Ariel G. Mactal, Vice President for Administration, together with Dr. Cheryl Ramos, Administrative Services Director; Dr. Irene Bustos, Office of Student Affairs Dean; Ms. Loida Gurion, Records Office Chief; Mr. Jonathan Gurion, Human Resource Management Office Chief; Ms. Jinky Parugrug, Financial Management Services Director; Dr. Khavee Botagen, Management Information System Office Chief; and Mr. Adorable Pineda, a retired employee serving as an external auditor.
