CLSU to Establish Veterinary Clinical Skills Laboratory through Generous Donation

Central Luzon State University (CLSU) President Dr. Evaristo A. Abella signed a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) with Dr. Eduardo Mallorca Celo and Dr. Jovenia Soriano Celo, private citizens from New Jersey, USA, on March 7, 2025, at the Administration Conference Room, to establish a Veterinary Clinical Skills Laboratory (VCSL) on campus. The agreement aims to provide both financial and material support to the University’s veterinary program, particularly in enhancing the training of veterinary students. The VCSL will offer students the opportunity to develop both basic and advanced clinical skills through the use of veterinary simulators and inanimate models - a hands-on approach that ensure students are well-prepared and confident in performing clinical procedures before working with live animals. The establishment of the VCSL also emphasizes interdisciplinary collaboration, engaging both pre-clinical and clinical faculty members from the College of Veterinary Science and Medicine (CVSM) in the training process. Among those in attendance were Dr. Gemerlyn G. Garcia, CVSM Dean, Dr. Elfren B. Celestino, Head of the Department of Veterinary Clinical Sciences, Dr. Armando G. Agustin, Chief Veterinarian at VTH-CVSM, and Dr. Robert H. Lo, CEO of RDF Feed, Livestock, and Foods Inc. #SievingForExcellence

CLSU Claims 2nd Spot Among Top-Performing Schools in the 2025 Agriculturist Licensure Exam

The Central Luzon State University (CLSU), through the College of Agriculture, has once again proven its status as a Center of Excellence in the recently conducted Agriculturist Licensure Exam administered by the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) in November 2025. The University was recognized as the second-highest-performing school in the 2025 Agriculturist Licensure Examination, with 208 “Golden Grains” successfully passing, earning CLSU an overall performance rating of 91.63%, up from its previous rating of 82.57%. CLSU Sustains its Standing in the AppliedHE Asia Rankings; Climbs to 2nd Rank Among the Best Public Uni in the Ph

Central Luzon State University (CLSU) has maintained its impressive standing in the latest AppliedHE Public and Private University rankings, affirming its position among the best universities in Asia and in the Philippines as it secured a ranking in the 201-220 bracket, improving its position to 2nd among public universities in the country and 1st in Central Luzon. CLSU shares its national ranking with Mindanao State University – Iligan Institute of Technology, Davao Del Norte State College, West Visayas State University, and Pangasinan State University, while the University of the Philippines continues to hold the top spot. CEn Produces 16 New Licensed Civil Engineers

The College of Engineering (CEn) celebrates the newest batch of 16 licensed civil engineers who recently took the challenging November 2025 Civil Engineering Licensure Examination given by the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC).
