​Central Luzon State University (CLSU) solidified its legacy in fisheries education after being recognized as a Top-Performing School in the October 2026 Fisheries Professionals Licensure Examination, which marks its third consecutive year earning the distinction. ​Demonstrating mastery in the field, the 28 successful takers from the College of Fisheries achieved an impressive institutional passing rate of 87.50%. ​Leading the passers is Mr. John Lexter Torres, who secured the seventh rank nationwide with an outstanding rating of 88.00%. ​CLSU’s robust performance was anchored by first-time examinees, who registered an 85.71% passing rate, while re-examinees delivered a remarkable 90.91% passing rate. ​Congratulations to the new Licensed Fisheries Professionals! CLSU Produces 94 New Licensed Civil Engineers, Surpasses National Passing Rate

Central Luzon State University, through the College of Engineering (CEN), continues its streak of excellence as 94 examinees successfully passed the September 2026 Civil Engineers Licensure Examination (CELE). Continuing its upward trend this year, CLSU recorded a 55.93% passing rate for first-time examinees and 33.37% for re-examiners. With these results, the University earned an overall institutional passing rate of 46.77%, well above the national average of 37.16%. We extend our warmest congratulations to our new Civil Engineers! May you use your knowledge and licenses to build resilient infrastructure that withstands every storm and drives progress for our nation. The entire CLSU community is immensely proud of every examinee who faced the challenge with courage, dedication, and resilience. Congratulations, CLSUans!

TESO Continues CAT Promotion Through Pencil Donation Drive

Passed from the hands of hopeful dreamers to the hands of young learners, the Testing and Evaluation Services Office (TESO) continues its promotion of the CLSU Admission Test (CAT) while extending support to the primary learners of the DepEd-CLSU Elementary Laboratory School through a Pencil Donation Drive themed ?Ang Lapis Mo, Ang Susulat sa mga Pangarap Ko? on September 28, 2026. University President Dr. Evaristo A. Abella led the distribution of 1,300 pencils to 600 pupils, alongside Vice President for Academic Affairs Dr. Ravelina R. Velasco, Head of the Testing and Evaluation Center Dr. Elmer D. Dela Rosa, and School Principal Jocelyn De Guzman. The Pencil Donation Drive forms part of the CAT promotion campaign and was made possible through the contributions of examinees who took the previous CAT.
