Nearly 400 Graduands to March with ‘Greatness’ for the 34th Midyear Graduation

A total of 399 graduands from Central Luzon State University will march to the Dr. Pedro A. Abella Graduation Site to celebrate their dedication and perseverance during the 34th Midyear Commencement Exercises on February 21, 2025, with the theme “Empowering Growth, Inspiring Greatness.” Among them, 25 will be recognized with academic honors, a testament to their excellence and commitment: 2 Magna Cum Laude; 23 Cum Laude; and 33 Special Awardees. Leading the graduating class is Ms. Kate B. Marquez, the Highest Academic Achiever, who earned an impressive 1.41 General Weighted Average from the College of Agriculture. She will deliver a speech during the Tea Party and Recognition Program on February 20, 2025. As part of the graduation ceremonies, an Ecumenical and Baccalaureate Service will be held on February 19 to honor the achievements of the graduands before they officially join the esteemed Golden Grains alumni community. CLSU Claims 2nd Spot Among Top-Performing Schools in the 2025 Agriculturist Licensure Exam

The Central Luzon State University (CLSU), through the College of Agriculture, has once again proven its status as a Center of Excellence in the recently conducted Agriculturist Licensure Exam administered by the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) in November 2025. The University was recognized as the second-highest-performing school in the 2025 Agriculturist Licensure Examination, with 208 “Golden Grains” successfully passing, earning CLSU an overall performance rating of 91.63%, up from its previous rating of 82.57%. CLSU Sustains its Standing in the AppliedHE Asia Rankings; Climbs to 2nd Rank Among the Best Public Uni in the Ph

Central Luzon State University (CLSU) has maintained its impressive standing in the latest AppliedHE Public and Private University rankings, affirming its position among the best universities in Asia and in the Philippines as it secured a ranking in the 201-220 bracket, improving its position to 2nd among public universities in the country and 1st in Central Luzon. CLSU shares its national ranking with Mindanao State University – Iligan Institute of Technology, Davao Del Norte State College, West Visayas State University, and Pangasinan State University, while the University of the Philippines continues to hold the top spot. CEn Produces 16 New Licensed Civil Engineers

The College of Engineering (CEn) celebrates the newest batch of 16 licensed civil engineers who recently took the challenging November 2025 Civil Engineering Licensure Examination given by the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC). Their success has resulted in an institutional passing rate of 17.78%, an achievement that underscores their persistence and intellectual fortitude.
